- Project’s Time
- Project’s Cost
- Project’s Scope
- Requirements Change
- Risks
- Design Stage
- Documentation

Dick Hardt; Founder & CEO of Sxip Identity; has a very unique presentation style. Dick uses only one word or symbol in every slide of his presentations. It is a pretty cool idea. This style makes the presentation very entertaining. I know I couldn’t take my eyes off his presentations. I bet this style requires a lot of preparation.
Dick has two presentations on his website:
OSCON 2005 Keynote - Identity 2.0 http://identity20.com/media/OSCON2005/
ETech 2006 — Who Is the Dick on My Site? http://identity20.com/media/ETECH_2006/
The next time you have to present try out this style and let me know what you think, I know I will give it a try the first chance I have.

Carmine Gallo (presentation catch) has an article explaining the key elements that makes Steve Jobs the great presenter he is; they include:
- Sell the Benefit
I sometimes put most of the conclusion in the introduction; that usually gets the customer attention.
- Practice, Practice, and Practice Some More
That’s a given; the amount of time you should spend practicing usually depends on the importance and the audience of the presentation; but my golden rule is to go over it at least 3 times.
- Keep It Visual
I do that but with few keywords on the slide to remember everything I want to say.
- Exude Passion, Energy, and Enthusiasm
Be careful with this one; don’t fake it.
- "And One More Thing…"
This is pretty cool idea; I will definitely start using it when appropriate.
